APOLIS Mobile App is owned & operated by Andhra Pradesh Police Department.
1. Purpose of the Application
1.1 As part of AP Police department employee’s welfare, the APOLIS mobile App has been developed to facilitate and provide the services like Welfare Loans, Leaves, Viewing of Employee Profile, Medical Reports, Pay slips and Police Salary Package (PSP) details etc., to the Employees through mobile interface.
1.2 To access the features / services of APOLIS mobile application, Employee is required to login the app with APOLIS ID and Password credentials generated at ESM-Service Register uploading confirmation. User (Employee) will be responsible for any activity associated with their APOLIS account.
2. Privacy & Security Policy and Use of Information
2.1 To perform its intended function, the APOLIS App auto populates most of the data from the APOLIS-ERP application database. Certain types of data and information: CFMS ID, APOLIS ID & Password credentials may collect from the employees of AP Police department to process the Loans & Leaves, to display the medical reports, Pay Slips, Police Salary Package (PSP) details etc.
2.2 The data collected is used solely by AP Police department to provide the services specifically for the employee’s welfare only.
2.3 All the employee information is encrypted and protected with Secured Socket Layer (SSL) software.
2.4 We may revise this privacy policy from time to time by updating this page, and so we urge you to review it periodically to ensure that you agree with any such changes that we make.
3. Data Security
3.1 The Andhra Pradesh Police department is committed for ensuring the security of all personal and service-related data of all the employees collected through the APOLIS App. Appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect the data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
3.2 To prevent unauthorized access, we have implemented the latest industry-standard security technology and procedures to protect the information collected through APOLIS-Mobile app.
3.3 All the data is hosted at Andhra Pradesh State Data Center - a protected & secured IT infrastructure environment operated by Govt. of AP.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 The Andhra Pradesh Police department does not sell, trade, or share any Personal & Service-related data pertaining to Employees with third parties, except when required by law or for official administrative purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
5.1 The services offered on or either made available through APOLIS mobile application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, either expressed or implied, we specifically disclaim warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by the applicable law.
5.2 We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or free from bugs or interruptions.
5.3 To the full extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or device issues.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 These terms and conditions and your use of this mobile app and its content will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Vijayawada only and any dispute/claim shall be resolved vide arbitration at Vijayawada.
